End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope

This EULA governs use of the CCMCP QuickBooks Online integration ("the Integration"), an internal software service operated by GAR Contracting Management ("GAR") for its own authorized employees and officers. The Integration is not licensed to the general public.

2. Permitted use

Authorized GAR personnel may use the Integration to view and, where expressly enabled by the GAR administrator, create or modify accounting records in GAR's own QuickBooks Online company for legitimate business purposes (bookkeeping, financial review, reporting).

3. Restrictions

• Access is limited to accounts and features the GAR administrator explicitly enables.
• Automated or bulk export of QuickBooks data outside GAR's systems is prohibited without administrator approval.
• Reverse engineering, sublicensing, or use of the Integration for any third party's accounting data is prohibited.

4. Termination

GAR may suspend or terminate access at any time. Users may disconnect the Integration at any time via QuickBooks Online → Settings → App Settings → App Management.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Integration is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GAR is not responsible for errors or omissions in accounting data resulting from its use. QuickBooks Online and its API are provided by Intuit under Intuit's own terms.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
