Who we are

GAR Contracting Management ("GAR"), Central Florida, operates the CCMCP QuickBooks Online integration ("the Integration") solely for its own internal business use.

What data we access

With your authorization, the Integration accesses your GAR QuickBooks Online company data via the Intuit QuickBooks API, within the scope com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting: customers, invoices, estimates, bills, vendors, employees, payments, purchases, journal entries, attachments, and standard financial reports.

How we use it

Only for GAR's internal bookkeeping automation, financial review, and reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data retrieved by the Integration is stored only on GAR's own private server, protected by disk encryption and access controls limited to the company administrator. OAuth tokens are stored on that server and used only to maintain the connection.

Your choices

Any authorized user may disconnect the Integration at any time via QuickBooks Online → Settings ⚙ → App Settings → App Management → CCMCP → Disconnect, which immediately revokes API access. Requests regarding GAR-held data can be made to the GAR administrator.

Children

This is an internal business tool; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
